LaurEss offers real time shipping quotes for all packages shipped through the US Postal Service (USPS), and United Parcel Service (UPS). All orders over a set amount will receive USPS priority shipping free.

Ordering and Payment Methods

LaurEss accepts orders through the website, by fax, mail or e-mail. When e-mailing an order, please DO NOT include credit card information. If you wish to pay for an e-mail order with a credit card, customer service will contact you by phone to arrange payment.

LaurEss Cosmetics accepts the following payment methods:

For your security, your billing name must match that of the credit card used for payment. LaurEss Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria, or other criteria determined by our processor to be high risk.

International Orders

LaurEss Cosmetics' website is unable to accept some credits cards with a billing address outside the United States. For international customers who would like to place an order, but find their credit card is not being processed, please use the Paypal payment method. If you have any questions about this process please contact Customer Service.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Be advised, processing time does not include transit time, which typically adds 2-7 business days within the USA and can add up to 60 days for some international shipments, after the order is shipped. Your credit card will not be charged for your purchase until your order has shipped.

Sales Tax

LaurEss Cosmetics is required by law to charge (5.5%) sales tax on orders being shipped to the state of Wisconsin. State law requires tax to be assessed on the total purchase amount, including shipping charges.

Return Policy

Due to our strict adherence to hygienic standards, we are unable to accept any returns of opened products or brushes. Samples are not returnable. There is a restocking fee of 10% per returned item.

If your items are damaged in shipping, please contact LaurEss Cosmetics immediately to initiate a return authorization. You will be asked to return all original packaging material, labels and contents before a replacement can be issued.

If a product is received in error, we will gladly pay for the shipping to return the item and exchange it for the correct item.

Product Packaging

LaurEss Cosmetics packages products by weight. Please be aware that some minerals weigh more than others, which results in different fill levels in the jars. However, LaurEss will often overfill a heavier product, making the labeled weight a minimum weight.

Photo Accuracy

LaurEss makes every attempt to represent products accurately. Due to differences in monitor configurations, personal perception, and the inability of the camera to capture the depth and tones of mineral cosmetics accurately, LaurEss Cosmetics encourages you to purchase sample sizes before committing to full sizes.
