LaurEss has some exciting new developments! We are debuting new jars for all blush  and foundation size products. These gorgeous lids feature the LaurEss Blue that you will soon see on all jars and brushes. Another exciting debut can be found in the Skincare section. We are so pleased to bring you our new Purify Oil to Cream Face Cleanser. This natural oil gel is amazing for removing dirt and makeup while nourishing your skin. Unlike other oil cleansers on the market, ours will not drip or run while applying and rinses completely clean leaving only soft supple skin. Gentle enough for all skin types yet powerful enough to dissolve mascara and mineral makeup completely. LaurEss is celebrating our 5 year anniversary!

It seems unbelievable that only 5 years ago, we participated in our first Gallerie of Shoppes in Green Bay, WI. That event was our first public appearance with all our products. In our minds, that was our opening day. It was our first chance to see how LaurEss products could bring joy and even relief to women as they applied a foundation that was so beautiful and pure while feeling like nothing on the skin. It has been 3 years since our webstore opened and during that time we have been thrilled to have customers from all over the globe!

There have been many changes in the past five years, including a move from Minnesota to Wisconsin, and a move from a tiny home-based lab to a huge stand-alone facility in the center of town. We have improved and expanded our product lines and continue to create new and innovative products. As we continue to thrive and grow, we have you to thank. Without our wonderful customers, LaurEss wouldn't be here today.

New Products
Our newest product has been a long time in the making. We are thrilled to announce the introduction of Lip Ease Moisture Balm! This clear, fragrance-free lip balm is just what your lips have been craving. A careful blend of natural plant oils and waxes with the addition of a luxurious ester, this balm has the perfect consistency to keep your lips protected and nourished for hours. Easily glides on without tugging on your delicate lips, while depositing a rich layer of protection and moisture. A must-have for every bedstand and purse!

We are so proud to announce the debut of our Revital-Eyes Eye Primer! This primer was developed by LaurEss to allow eye colors to stay on all day, with true-to-the- pot color, yet still be blendable. This revolutionary eye primer not only holds your eye color in place, it also utilizes the powerful anti-aging ingredient Renovage, to keep your eyelids healthy and improve the look and texture of the delicate eyelid skin. Our new Ethereal Mineral Foundation is finally available. Ethereal is our heavier coverage foundation that can also double as a concealer paired with one of our other foundations. Ethereal is a creamy, silky loose powder that feels incredibly light and disguises fine lines and pores despite the heavier coverage. Ethereal will also give a luminous glow to your skin without looking shiny. This foundation works with all skin types and since debuting on our website last month, has been receiving rave reviews. We spent months working on perfecting this formula and are thrilled with the results and feedback we have already received. Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide combine to provide beautiful coverage and effective screening of UVA and UVB rays. Boron Nitride is added to give a creamy glide and increase coverage. Lauroyl Lysine offers skin conditioning and gentleness as well as a luxurious soft feel. Mica provides light refraction to disguise fine lines and give Ethereal the light and silky texture. Finally, silica is added to alleviate any heavy feel and offer an exceptional pore disguising quality. As always, Iron Oxides offer a gorgeous array of natural looking foundation colors.

We are so happy to finally bring you the much anticipated Minimalist Mineral Foundation. For those customers who loved our original formula, but wanted just a tad more coverage, we are so excited to offer this new blend! For matte, not flat, coverage and more effective oil control, the Minimalist foundation is the perfect solution. Not too much Zinc Oxide, not too much Titanium Dioxide and not too much Mica; this synergistic blend of minerals provides a silky lightweight feel, a soft matte finish, and buildable coverage, without over-drying, or feeling chalky. We have worked long and hard to make sure the Minimalist colors are a match to the Elemental in undertone and shade. Although they have a different finish, which will lend a different overall look, the colors are the same across the two formulas. LaurEss strives to make your selection easier by bringing you consistent and desirable products. So you can avoid endless sampling and just enjoy the products. So if you wear Gentle Ivory in Elemental, you can wear Gentle Ivory in Minimalist, and soon to come, Ethereal Foundation which will offer heavy coverage for use as a concealer or foundation.

We are also excited to be able to offer our newly reformulated Glistening Lips Gloss. While these have been available through our resellers for quite awhile, this is their debut on the LaurEss website. These have received rave reviews from those that have had a sneak preview. Moisturizing, silky, not sticky or goopy in any way, and they are probably the most nourishing gloss you will ever try. Truly gorgeous in all our previous shades, these glosses are glossier, but not over the top glossy, and much longer lasting, then our original formula. We have also upgraded to a gloriously delicious vanilla CO2 extract in place of the cocoa absolute. So yummy! As always, these are more pigmented then your standard gloss so you can wear them alone or layer over lipstick.

You will also see several new products scattered around the website. Our new Chiffon Enhancer brings a subtle lavender color enhancer to the line. In Eye Lights you will find Sundance, Aurora, and Eventide. These three colors were a special combination of colors that debuted at the Sundance Film Festival. Celebrities that couldn't resist LaurEss goodies included Paris Hilton, Rachel Hunter, Dennis Quaid and his wife, Kimberly Buffington, AnnaSophia Robb, Emi Meyers, Olivia Thirlby, The Donna’s, Jamie Luner, Jessica Collins, Cara Santana, Rachael Dratch, David Blue and others. You can get all three of these together in the Sundance Festival Trio You will also find Wicked Gem Liner is finally on the site. As some of you know, this was created for a contest for the website Color Me Gorgeous. The winner chose the wonderful and fitting name for this gorgeous and bewitching green liner. Try it wet and dry for vastly different effects, then see if you don't agree this is one Wicked liner! Be sure to look for the dark pink "NEW" flag to find what other new items have been added.

New Features
While you are browsing our new website, be sure to test all the new features! You are now able to sort the products from light to dark, dark to light, or browse using the default setting, which lists the products by color family. To speed up shopping when you know exactly what you want, you can now select as many products as you wish from the catalog pages and add them all to your cart with one click of the "add selected items to cart" button. Be sure to click on the items you wish to see in more detail, to view a larger image as well as read product specific ingredients lists and add items to a wish list.

At the bottom of the page you will find many links to keep you informed. One of our most exciting additions is the Color Swatch page. On this page you can view images of all the products sorted by main category and color family. Now you can easily see which eye colors coordinate across the Eye Lights and Blush. You can easily decide if your shimmer will coordinate with your matte! The swatch page also allows you to directly link back to the color you are looking for by clicking on the color name, or you can view a very large image of the color by selecting the picture. Along with the swatch page link, you will also see a testimonials page to read what our customers are saying about LaurEss. A Links page is available where we list other sites we think you may enjoy visiting. The Where to Find Us page lists authorized resellers of LaurEss. Wholesalers interested in selling LaurEss can apply for account approval by clicking the Wholesale link to visit our wholesale page. Another new and exciting feature is the Contact Us link at both the top and bottom of the page. Never have your comments or questions rerouted by a spam filter again. Use this simply contact form to be sure your messages reach us.

New Customizable Sets
We are so excited about this brand new feature! Under Sets you will find a category called "Made For You". This category includes sets of products where you can choose your own items! We set some guidelines, and then you can choose which products, from each option, you want included in your set! No more getting stuck with items you don't want or need when you buy a set!

New Shipping Options
LaurEss is happy to offer more shipping options for your shopping enjoyment. Now you can choose from several USPS options, including first class. Please remember that first class is lower in cost, but also slower to arrive and does not allow for tracking. Please do not use this option without being aware of its limitations. We prefer to ship all packages priority, but understand with the rising costs of postage, priority can be a bit too costly for small sample orders. For rush orders and better tracking we are happy to offer UPS shipping. In other shipping news, you can now maintain an address book, of up to 5 different shipping addresses, in your account area. Also in your account area, you can view previous orders, access your Wish List, and manage your account settings and newsletter preferences.

Payment Options
Payment options have changed slightly. We are unable to accept American Express anymore due to rampant fraud. However we have integrated our website with Paypal so there will not longer be a lag between your order being placed and the invoice being sent to you. Now Paypal can be used during the checkout process. We also are happy to continue to accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Product Images
We have invested large amounts of capital and time to bring to you the most accurate product images. We have mastered a technique to show, not only the true color, but also the highlights and shimmer for each product. All product photos are taken in-house to ensure they are done by those most familiar with the intricacies within each product's color. We hope you enjoy these new improved product images that should give you an excellent idea of what each product truly looks like. Remember monitors can vary, but we feel you will find our images to be some of the best on the web. Please see our Terms of Use regarding product images as well.
